The Engineering Academy at Spain Park High School is in its fourth year of existence. There are currently 92 students participating in grades 9-12. That's about 7% of the student population of Spain Park High School.

The program has been designed as a four-year curriculum, with Algebra I serving as the only pre-requisite for the academy. We also offer a three-year version of the academy. This allows any current 9th grader an opportunity to be part of The Engineering Academy. Students must may apply in the spring, provided that they have completed Algebra I with at least a C average.
